In 2023, D’spazio Group was born in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas, as a company dedicated to commercial concrete work. Founded by a father and his son, who brought with them 30 years of experience in their country of origin, Venezuela, the company was established with a clear vision: to create solid and lasting spaces.

Founders
Gilberto Deliso Calzadilla
The patriarch, a man passionate about concrete and construction. For decades, he worked on diverse projects in Venezuela and outside the country, from residential buildings to industrial infrastructure. His deep knowledge and tireless work ethic became the foundation of D’ spazio Group
Gilberto Deliso
The son, raised among plans and tools, inherited his father’s passion. After completing his college studies, he moved to Houston to follow his dreams. His vision was to modernize construction techniques and bring the Venezuelan experience to the US market.

Our first step
D’spazio Group started modestly, with a small team of concrete experts. We specialize in commercial and residential projects, from foundations, sidewalks and parking lots. Our main focus is on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In 2024, the D’spazio Group is continuously growing. We have expanded our reach to other cities in Texas, we are also exploring opportunities throughout the United States. Our motto remains the same: “Building Lasting Spaces”.
